Fred Yentz joined ILS Technology as senior vice president and chief operating officer in January 2007, bringing with him more than 20 years industry experience in the technology solution market. Prior to ILS Technology, Fred Yentz served as Vice President and General Manager of RadiSys Corporation, a leading provider of embedded solutions for the telecommunications, enterprise data, medical equipment and the industrial automation marketplaces. While at RadiSys Corporation, Fred served in many capacities including the oversight of World Wide Sales, Marketing, Professional Service, Business Development in addition to General Manager of Enterprise, Communication and Commercial operating divisions. Fred also worked for IBM where he held various positions with responsibility for Engineering, New Business Development and Management. Mr. Yentz is named as an inventor on two U.S. patents and has received IBM’s First Level Plateau Invention Achievement Award. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA), National Science and Technology Education Program (NSTEP), and is chairman of the Industry Advisory Board for Florida Atlantic Universitys College of Engineering. Mr. Yentz holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University (1988), a Master of Business Administration (1996) from the University of Miami, and a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems (1997) from the University of Miami.

Stefan Karapetkov is driving the transformation of Oracle's communication and collaboration network towards increased employee productivity and team efficiency. In his role, he continuously evaluates new technologies, and looks for opportunities to deploy them on the Oracle network, meet emerging use cases and new business requirements, and deliver superior business outcomes. Stefan interacts daily with equipment vendors and service providers through series of strategy session, workshops, briefings, and demonstrations, or as part of a formal RFI/RFP process, and has developed unique understanding of the organizational interdependencies when deploying new technologies in the enterprise.
Prior to Oracle, Stefan worked in product management, new technology development, and enterprise product definition at Siemens and Polycom; he therefore understands the vendor side of the sales engagement. He holds an MBA from Santa Clara University and an MS degree in Engineering from the University of Chemnitz (Germany).

Dr. Dale Skeen is the CTO & Co-Founder of Vitria Technology. Dr. Skeen is pioneer in Streaming Analytics, BPM, and publish-subscribe messaging, for which he holds more than a dozen patents. Dr. Skeen is an accomplished author, having contributed to numerous books and journal articles. Prior to co-founding Vitria, Dr. Skeen was the Co-Founder & Chief Scientist at Tibco Software, and has held faculty positions at the University of California, Berkeley and Cornell University. Dr. Skeen has a PhD in Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley.

Shane D. Wall currently serves as Chief Technology Officer for Hewlett-Packard’s Printing and Personal Systems. In this role, he is responsible for leading Hewlett-Packard’s technology vision and strategy, incubating new technology businesses, driving a fully aligned technology roadmap and leading the overall technical community.
Prior to joining Hewlett-Packard, Shane spent more than a decade at Intel in different executive roles including VP of Corporate Technology Group, VP Channel Platform Solutions and VP for Intel’s Mobile Communications Group. Shane also worked as a Director within Intel Capital responsible for internal venturing and investments.
Prior to joining Intel, Wall was Co-Founder and Vice President for Product Development at a venture-backed, software company, PrintPaks. Wall began his career at Hewlett-Packard as an ASIC and embedded systems engineer.
Shane also serves as an active angel investor in new startups and serves on various startup and technology boards.
Wall holds a degree in computer engineering from Oregon State University. He is also a graduate of the executive program at Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.
Wall is based out of Hewlett-Packard’s headquarters in Palo Alto, California.
